Our Beliefs

We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God. We are an acappella church which partakes of the Lord's Table every Sunday. We strive to follow a first century church model as found in the Book of Acts. We believe that we are commanded to repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of sins (Acts 2:38, 10:47-48, 22:16; Rom. 6:3-4; 1 Pet. 3:21).

We are non-denominational and therefore we have no central headquarters or governing body other than Elders as appointed by the congregation. The head of the church is none other than Jesus Christ himself (Ephesians 1:22-23).  "There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all" (Ephesians 4:4).

Each congregation of the churches of Christ is autonomous, and it is the inspired Word of God that unites us into One Faith (Ephesians 4:3-6). We follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and his holy Apostles, and not based upon the doctrines of man (Matt. 15:9; Col. 2:8). All are welcome!
